Returns Policy

We want every collector to feel good about their purchase. Here's how returns work at Garage Sale Sports.
Cards — Returnable
Singles, graded cards, and individual cards may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item does not match the listing description or arrives damaged. Cards must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in (same sleeve/toploader/holder).
To start a return, contact us through eBay messages or sales@garagesalesports.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll provide return instructions.
Sealed Wax, Packs & Supplies — Final Sale
Sealed hobby boxes, jumbo boxes, and packs are not returnable once opened. Because contents can't be verified after a seal is broken, all sealed product sales are final the moment the box or pack is opened. Supplies (toploaders, sleeves, mailers, etc.) are also final sale once opened, due to hygiene and usage verification.
If a sealed box or pack arrives damaged in shipping or defective from the manufacturer before opening, contact us — we'll work with you on a resolution.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement, refund, or shipping claim.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, inaccurate listing, etc.).
Our Discretion
This policy outlines our standard practices, but Garage Sale Sports reserves the right to approve, deny, or make exceptions to any return or refund request on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a return or refund in one instance does not obligate us to approve similar requests in the future.
